When Will My Order Ship?

Why Can’t I Track My Order on the Website?
Tracking information may take 2–5 days to appear after the carrier updates the system.
If your tracking details are not available immediately, please wait 1–2 days and check again.
Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?
Shipment updates may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Carrier backlogs or peak shipping periods
Rest assured, your package is still in transit and will continue moving through the delivery network.

Why Does Your Shop Have Two Product Labels (Stones and TieNSeries)?
Our journey began with our main shop LoveStonesAustralia, offering premium accessories under the “Stones Ties and Accessories” label.
We later expanded with a second shop, MissUnicornAu, which introduced a wider variety of patterns and styles.
After building a strong reputation on Etsy, we launched TieNSeries as an independent brand and website to bring all our collections together in one place.
Today, TieNSeries offers:
